Delivery:

  • Delivery Time: Digital products, including Microsoft product keys, are typically delivered to your email within 0-1 days. Please allow 30 minutes after purchase for the product keys to be emailed.

Order Confirmation:

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Free Shipping:

  • All our products are delivered digitally to your email without any cost. Most product keys are delivered automatically and can be accessed immediately after purchase.

If You Don’t Find the Product Key:

  • If the product key is not listed on the order page, it will be automatically sent to you via email within one hour from the time of purchase (Monday – Sunday 9am – 11pm (UTC+2)).
  • If you did not receive the product key after two hours, please contact us.
